TheVoidHub Community Guidelines

The Turkish-language version of these Guidelines remains the legally authoritative text; this English translation is provided for convenience.

To keep TheVoidHub a safe and respectful place for everyone, compliance with these Community Guidelines is mandatory. These rules apply to all users and all content (messages, images, files, group and channel names, profiles). If you do not accept the rules, do not use the Application.

1. General Principle

Be respectful to other users. Do not act in ways that violate the law, these rules, or the Terms of Use.

2. Age

TheVoidHub is not suitable for those under the age of 13; you must be at least 13 years old to use the Application.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content: any content that is a crime under Turkish law or under the law applicable to you.
• Child exploitation: any content related to the sexual exploitation of children. Zero tolerance applies: such content is removed immediately, the account is closed, and the relevant authorities are notified where required.
• Harassment and bullying: harassing, threatening, targeting, or persistently disturbing other people.
• Hate speech: content that promotes hatred or discrimination on the basis of characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Violence and threats: content that glorifies violence, encourages harm to others, or contains threats.
• Suicide and self-harm: content that promotes or glorifies suicide or self-harm.
• Sexual content and obscenity: unwanted sexual content and obscene material. Any sexual content involving minors is absolutely prohibited.
• Spam and fraud: unsolicited bulk messages, fraud, deceptive links, or distribution of malware.
• Disclosure of personal information: sharing the private information of others without consent (doxxing).
• Impersonation: misrepresenting yourself as another person, organization, or as TheVoidHub.
• Illegal goods and services: promoting or selling illegal goods or services such as drugs, weapons, or gambling.
• Intellectual property infringement: sharing content that violates the copyright or other rights of others.
• Abuse of the Service: attempting to disrupt the security or operation of the Service, or accessing systems without authorization.

4. Reporting and Blocking

• If you come across content or users that violate these rules, you can report them to us using the in-app reporting tools.
• You can block users who bother you from within the Application; blocked users cannot contact you.
• You can also send reports to support@pinkontin.com.
• We review reports we receive and take measures we deem appropriate.

5. Enforcement

Against content and accounts that violate the rules, we may take the following measures, depending on the severity of the violation:

• removing the content or blocking access to it,
• warning the user,
• temporarily suspending the account,
• permanently closing the account.

For serious violations, the account may be closed directly without prior warning.

6. Legal Compliance

We comply with content-removal and access-blocking orders issued by competent courts and authorities under applicable legislation (including Turkish Law No. 5651), and we cooperate with the relevant authorities where legally required.

7. Changes

These Community Guidelines may be updated from time to time; the current version is always available through the Application.
